Did some more testing. Everything is fine for a while after loading up the game. It kind of deteriorates as the game goes on. Another restart fixes the problem temporarily. Started a completly new game, same issue. The news editor is worst. After pressing publish he starts saying something that kinda fades away in the middle of a sentance. Very odd.
