Hi! I'm on an English Windows system and English settings on everything. Yet I have both MS and third-party Chinese Pinyin keyboards on my device. Whenever I play the game with Pinyin keyboards on, it causes "unknown DirectX error" after a while, possibly related to certain inputs. I never had this issue with English nor German keyboards.

Could you let me know which inputs the errors are happening with?
If you could create a support case and attach your system files with that Pinyin keyboard attached and then another set with one of the other keyboards attached, that would help me get a better grasp on the situation and what could be going on.
