[2022] GU15 - Loading save game results in lost research points

Version: Current version as of 23.09.22 also bug appeared as of GU15/DLC on 20.09.22
No mods. Game files are valid. All DLC active except Plant a Tree

Every time I load my savegame, either from an already running Anno session or fresh after PC restart or whatever, I have less research points then I had when saving the game. There is research going on but no new project started. I drop down to arround 100k each time, doesn't matter if i were at max (~775k) or anything below that point.

Never happened before GU15.
