Hello!
I've recently purchased the Anno 1800 Cosmetic Pack Bundle on Steam (the platform I own the game on), but when I launch it doesn't appear Uplay / Ubisoft have registered the purchase. The game doesn't show I own it. When I navigate to the Additional Content menu, I'm given an option to purchase which redirects me to the Steam store showing I already own the content.
Is this something that will resolve itself with time (Holiday season causing server congestion etc), or is there something I need to push my purchase over to Uplay's system? Does a ticket need to be opened? I've already tried general troubleshooting of restarting the storefronts / PC, and validating game files.
