I have the needs 100% up to and including Jam, and the happiness is fulfilled with Fur Coats and Zoo. Where do I go from here? Do I build more hotels?

Somehow I did not manage to come past this thread however I can confirm that just as Bert_Boomgaard suggested, if you have a high attractiveness rating, all you need is more hotels and that will allow you to accommodate more tourists
