[2021] [BUG?] Enbesa quest not triggering (SPOILERS!)

Hello,

I'm trying the Land of lions DLC for the first time, and I just got an issue while trying to unify Waha Desher.

I chose to restore Waha Desher following the "Waha Desher's way", and I came to the point where I finally found a djat and brought it to Waha Desher. The problem is that the quest that is supposed to follow never triggered, even after several hours of game. In the mean time, the resupply quest constantly restarts itself. I had no problem to fulfill that one as I produce dry meat and hibiscus tea in excess, but is there something special I should do to trigger the following quest, or is it a bug and am I stuck?
