Help. I am having problems with my laptop and my game. I have had Anno 1800 season 1 pass for a while on my desktop, and I also have been playing it on my laptop. Fairly recently I had to reinstall Anno. When it was fully reinstalled, I have been unable to get back the Botanica and the Passage expansions on my laptop. My desktop still plays them and has no problem, so why did my laptop suddenly lose functionality towards these two dlc's. MY screen is saying that the expansions are purchased but not available yet. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Hey malak2004, welcome to the forums Sorry you've had trouble getting these two DLCs running on your laptop - that is most unusual!
SirHarryPierce's recommendation (thanks!) of verifying the game's files is a great idea, as this will make sure everything is correctly installed. This guide explains how to do that.
If that doesn't work, could you get some screenshots across to me showing the DLCs not available? This will help me to investigate further.
