It is the first time I have downloaded the game Anno 1800. It seemed to start, I opted for "easy" gameplay with tutorial, but nothing happens when I try to "set sail" for the first time. Please advice how I can start this game

Please can you provide a bit more info on what happens? Is the game crashing or freezing?
If you could record a video clip, that may also help identify if you just need to do something first.
