[2022] Game isn't saving anything.

Hello,

as the title says i have the problem that the game wont save anything after i close and restart the game. No player profile, no settings, nothing.
I already reinstalled Ubi Connect with admin rights, reinstalled the game like 3 times always the same issue. On my girlfriends pc everything works fine after one reinstall.
I also noticed that the game won't create a Anno1800 folder in my documents folder which is probably the cause for all of this but i have no clue how to fix this issue because just copying the folder from her pc to mine probably doesn't work i guess.

Pc Specs:
Win 10
Ryzen 7 3700x
16gb ram @3200 mhz
Rtx 3060ti
1tb SSD Samsung 870

I hope someone can help me because its getting really frustrating.

I've taken note of your reports, and I'm sorry to hear that this save Issue impacted your experience !

Deactivating security software, especially ransomware protection, is not recommended, due to the risk this can pose.

In order to isolate the problem, I invite you to check if saves work again after trying the following steps :

Launch Ubisoft Connect as an admin

Launch Anno 1800 as an admin

Save your progress, then close the game and check if the save can be loaded again

This will help check if a permission problem was contributing to the Issue.
