[2022] Bombin Weaver issue in the new scenario

Bombin Weaver requires cotton fabric (cannot be produced in this scenario) and falt (everything ok with this one). The UI in the menu already shows that linen should be used instead of cotton fabric. see picture

and the other problem ist that animal farms don't get any bonus when on fertile land (green land)
