Captain Tobias keeps getting stuck at a pier. No mods used. Clearing the trade list doesn't help and even reloading an earlier save just seems to delay the problem for a while.
If Captain Tobias has a lot to trade, he can take a long time. Can I ask you to tell me how long you've waited for, with fast forward on? If possible, it'd be fantastic to have a video showing that he is stuck, to help with our investigations.
