I'm really looking forward to an M1 Mini, but of course questions regarding M!, or would I be better saying ARM? At the moment I would hazard there is no way to play 1800 on an M! outside of an emulator, which is probably a real smart dev type contraption and not widely available. I know these this are being worked on on many levels. Has anyone yet playing Anno 1800 through connect and Rosetta? Or is it more probable I'll be using two systems for awhile?

Welcome to the forums! Anno 1800 is not available for Mac OS, it is Windows only. As Brumiros stated, you may want to look into Wine or Bootcamp, as those programs allow you to run a Windows OS on your Mac.
