I'm looking forward to FINALLY being able to play Anno on console and I always purchase my games boxed if they exist and the Anno 1800 boxed version is the Standard only so will it be possible to purchase an upgrade from the Standard boxed to Deluxe to get the Deluxe extras?

The Deluxe edition for Anno 1800 - Console Edition includes 3 ornament packs (Amusement Pack, Pedestrian Zone Pack, Vibrant Cities Pack)
These are available for purchase as single packs so you could simply get them after you buy the Standard Boxed Edition.
