[2020] Anno 1800 dx12 crashes

I have a repeatable crash in the routes menu.

steps:
1 Load savegame with ~20 routes
2 Open Route Menu
3 Select route
4 Click ship with CTRL pressed
5 Reopen Route Menu
6 Click on ship without CTRL
7 Crash

system:
AMD Radeon 5700XT
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Windows 10 2004 (all updates installed)
Radeon Software 20.11.1 (latest version, but also occured with previous version)
Anno 1800 with all DLC

Settings:
DirectX 12
Settings to High
Driver setting on default
Chrome Brower idle in background
Spotify idle in background

Error Message:
DirectX Error
An unexpected DirectX error occured.
Present failed.
