[2022] Port area problem

Hello, I can no longer build or move buildings in water on my main island.

I saw that a patch had been made on this subject in 2019...

This just happened to me for the first time today.

I can only destroy buildings... but the problem is that if I destroyed them I can't rebuild them. It writes to me "vacant port area needed".

Do you have a solution ?
