Is it just me, or does the game (modded) run a lot heavier after the update?
It even stutters sometimes, especially all ships and loading most symbols. It didn't do this at all before the update.

As mentioned by @Mevelios, the issue for you might be caused by an outdated mod.
Please try to run a game without any mod installed to check if the issue persists.
@SirHarryPierce could you please provide more details regarding the issue you are experiencing and if it started after the latest game update?
