[2022] LR01 check game version error

Hey Guys,

hoping someone can help, I'm trying to get a multiplayer game going but one of my group cant connect to us and get the error could not connect : check game version (LR01). he has uninstalled the game 2 and also updated everything but still cant get him to connect, we all have the same game versions but it wont let us connect. hopefully someone can shed some light here cause its becoming very frustrating.

Can you @lilith_83 and your friend @Azulceilo run through those steps and let me know if they don't help? Additionally, it would be helpful if you/your friend could create a support case with us and attach your system files if the error should persist. Thank you both in advance!
