I've started to play with the quest line for the skyscrapers. But when I removed the last engineer skyscraper all quests disappeared.
In the Department Store the unlock conditions are 15 level 3 skyscrapers for the next supply. I've got over twenty, but the count is still zero.
Does the game not know how to handle of building more skyscrapers on more islands?
