[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Can't get more than 125 tourist

I got a beautifull island, bus stops, a hotel, museum, about 2.3k visitors on my pier... but i can't get more than 125 tourist, so i can't build any of the advanced tourist buildings. No quest of the tourist lady left. I don't know what to do now?
