There's so many other live service titles that have launched in a bad state and the reaction from the devs has always been to communicate.

The Division launched in a bad state and the devs knew - but they persisted with their weekly comms. The Division 2 launched well but now things are starting to turn very sour - and yet Massive are keeping up the weekly comms. Destiny, Destiny 2, Fallout 76 all launched in varying states of difficulty but the devs persisted with their communication.

I'm not even asking for you to interact with the cretins on twitter and /r/AnthemTheGame. Just give us a weekly update, either through a short stream or a blog post.

Alternatively, if you're not planning on supporting the game, let us know that too. This ongoing silence is like a slap in the face to players like me who have hundreds of hours in the game and have continued to support you through all of this. Just communicate with us.

I’m not really sure what your question is, but Jesse has been doing frequent updates on the PTS over at our AHQ forums.

These accusations of silence are actually quite disappointing as I don’t believe they are true. We HAVE been communicating what we can right now, which is details on the PTS and gathering feedback on it. Our official forum for that is Answers HQ.

We 100% understand people want to know what is coming next and when the official release of the Cataclysm will be across platforms. We aren’t unaware that those are details people want. We just simply aren’t ready to share them yet, but we will as soon as possible.

I’m sorry if this causes more frustration, and we do care about how you all are invested in Anthem for the future.
