[2018] Absurdly large muzzle flashes on some of the guns?

I watched the latest stream and the slow firing rifle the Storm was using just had an absurd amount of muzzle flash every few shots. Is there any ways to like tone it down before release, can be really bad when that huge muzzle flash starts going off in a dark part of the map and just give the sun a run for its money.
