[2019] Seasonal Freeplay counter resets from 3 to 0, cannot enter anomaly

@SuddenTurmoil @xVILITASx Hiya. This is being investigated at the moment by the game team, at the moment exiting freeplay and rejoining should get you into an instance where you can eventually engage with the anomaly and proceed.
