Can you get us a screenshot of the error message please? It should have a string of numbers that we need to identify the specific issue with your account.

Thanks. To confirm, this does not happen when you load a different profile? Have you tried creating a new pilot on your account and seeing if you still see the disconnect? -EA_Cade
