[2019] Where are my coins, Bioware?

I've been playing since the game launched on Feb. 22nd. That is 4 weeks now. Out of those 4 weeks, I have received my weekly alliance coins ONCE. I'm getting a little tired of not even being able to buy what little is in the shop.

You owe me well over 30k coins.
