Got it, thanks!
Let's take a look and see if we can help get this fixed here. First, I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. If you're still running into this same issue afterward check out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.
Thanks again,

Thanks for following up! This is something I've seen happen from time to time. There are some other things we can try that might help.
When you have the chance I'd like to try changing the DNS on your PS4 to see if that makes a difference. I have seen some cases in the past where that can help with issues like this. To change your DNS settings follow the steps below:
1. Open your PS4 Settings
2. Select Network
3. Select Set Up Internet Connection
4. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your PS4 is connecting to the internet
5. Select Custom
6. Under IP Address Settings choose Automatic
7. Select do Not Specify for the DHCP Host Name
8. Select Manual for the DNS Settings
9. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there is a different DNS you would prefer using instead that's OK as well.
10. Once you've set both the Primary and Secondary DNS select Next.
11. Under MTU Settings choose Automatic
12. Select Do Not Use for the Proxy Server
13. Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the settings updates
Let me know if you're still running into the same issue once the DNS has been updated. Thanks!
