Probably worthwhile running chkdsk on the SSD to check for errors, potentially fix some and mark bad sectors so they do not get used.

Use the utilities that came with your SSD to see if any of those show an issue.

 

It is possible the SSD is at the end of it's serviceable lifetime and may need to be replaced.
