It looks like you updated the case that was in the queue for Terms of Service. When this is done, it removes your case from the queue so they won't be able to investigate it. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll get your case back in the ToS queue. In the future, make sure you open a new case or contact an advisor through Twitter/Facebook to get an update on your dispute. That way, it doesn't interfere with the case that's awaiting investigation.
