Hey @maximas1986

From what you're describing it sounds like there might be lag spikes when the inputs are delayed like that. Can we try out some connectivity troubleshooting to see if we can help stop it from happening?

When you have a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you're able to give it a try. Thanks!

Hmm, that's interesting.

Does this not happen if you're playing on a datacenter closer to your location? It's only when you're on the London servers?

Thanks for following up!

What happens if you set a different DNS on your PS4? Sometimes using a different DNS can help with issues like this, so I'd like to give it a try. To update the DNS on your system follow the steps below:

  1. Open up the Settings on your PS4 >  Set Up Internet Connection > WiFi or LAN cable (depending on what you're using)
  2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
  3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead, that's OK as well.
  4. Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection

Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks!
