Need a refund

It would be best to get in touch with support directly so they can check into this for you further. 

 

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > Apex Legends > I want a refund or I'm looking for something I bought, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can see what options are available to help out here.

If you bought these coins via your Xbox, then you'll need to reach out to them about any refunds. We can only offer refunds for purchases made directly through the EA app. You should be able to reach out to them here.
