Thanks for the additional details, If you unlink a platform account from your EA Account this can cause issues with Apex Legends. 

 

We have a help article below, that provides information and about the risks of doing so. 

 

Under the section:

 

Do you play Apex?

If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you may have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, it may be better to start fresh on a new account.

@Advocate38 As far as the new setup no, there would not be a way to get content or resolve connection issues.

You could possibly try reconnecting the Original accounts together, but it may still have issues since it's already been connected to another account. Illium.png
