[2022] Missing ranked rewards

If you need more precise info I can gather it here. I had my update preloaded (Ps4) so I basically got into the game super quickly, like a minute after the update was ready to install. Then I got into the lobby like a minute or two after only, first thing I did was check my rewards, which I had them all pred (Charm, Holospray, badge and trail) I equipped them all, Badge to my banner, holo to my wheel quip, I put on the trail and the charm to the CAR SMG. Everything was fine till Everything started to lag out and I got kicked out to main menu (I can’t remember what error code I got). Then i got back into the lobby a minute after again, when I saw my banner i didn’t have my S11 pred badge, i had the previous equipped badge on it, so I went back in to check my pred badge and it was gone, replaced by a masters badge, I also got the other rewards of master rank (charm, spray and trail), but the only thing that got erased was the pred badge, I still have the charm/spray/trail of S11 pred in my account. (Something I can add is all of my friends who got this same bug also got into the game super quick and equipped their pred rewards, then got kicked out by a server error too and when logged back in they had their rewards missing, same as me)
