We're unable to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. It sounds like you've already submitted a dispute so please keep an eye on your email for a response from ToS. More information on bans can be found in the article here. Thank you.
It can take a few days to get a response from Terms of Service. You're also welcome to create a new case to get in touch with an advisor to ask them what the status of your dispute is.
I'm sorry to say, we cannot assist with banned accounts over Answers HQ. If you have used all 3 of your disputes, the ban will need to remain in place. I don't have any other details on your specific ban.
