When you have the chance please check and make sure that your Nintendo Switch is set to the correct date and time in the system settings. I've seen some cases where having the wrong date or time on the console can cause this error.

Hi @dragold227

 

Were you able to check and make sure your Switch console is set to the correct date and time? That should help with the Code 100 error.

Did you use the option to synchronize the system time over the internet, or did you manually enter the date & time? If you manually set it, can you try using the option to sync it via the internet to see if that helps?
