[2021] account banned for wanting to have custom crosshairs

Our Terms of Service team would be the ones able to make changes to an account action and ultimately they have the final say with these situations.

You're welcome to file another appeal to have someone else from the ToS team take another look, but if they've reviewed this multiple times and said they won't be changing the action, I'm afraid it's not something we'll be able to review further or change either, sorry.
