[2021] Servers in slow-mo (Ranked leagues)

This is an issue the Apex Legends team has been investigating since Season 8 started. I'm afraid I don't have any details on when this might be fixed, but it was added to the Apex Tracker. I'd recommend keeping an eye out there for updates.
