Account suspended again ( second time in 1 month)

Did they give any more context as to what could be causing the issue? Usually in the email they send they give a little more context.

It doesn't seem like a chat issue, it might be that your username is considered inappropriate. "Stoned" does have connotations to drugs, after all.

I'm just guessing here though. We can't help with or look into bans here on the forums. Maybe our terms of service team can provide some more information?

Looking at that email, I'm confident in saying that it's the name that's causing issues. I'd change it to something else (and if you play via Steam, I'd change it there too just in case).

You can change your EA username here. Just hit edit next to basic information. As for everywhere else, I assume they all have their own systems. You can see what you have linked here,
