I'm afraid we're not able to assist with any account-related issues on the forums, so speaking with support will be the right choice.

 

If you check your case history page here, what status is it showing for this case currently? 

 

It will let you know that you can click Continue Case if a case needs to be looked into again, however you shouldn't need to select this option if you've just created the case and support hasn't had a chance to review it just yet.
