Hi @AIopias

Let's take a look and see if we can help get this fixed for you.

Which datacenter do you normally connect to? Have you tried switching over to a different one to test and see if you're still running into the same problems?

Thanks for giving it a shot for me.

I'd like to try out some connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with the issues you've been seeing. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same problems after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well.

Let me know how you get on after you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

I really appreciate you giving that a shot. Can we also try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to test and see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where that can help out with packet loss issues like this.

To update the DNS on your PlayStation follow the steps below:

  1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
  2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
  3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different open DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
  4. Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection

Let me know if you're still running into the same issues with packet loss after that. Thanks again!
