To clarify a bit further, after looking over the account it does seem @XHelperZ was spot on in this case.

 

From what I'm seeing here, your Xbox account was previously linked to a different EA account.

 

By unlinking it from that EA account, you've lost access to all the content you had earned there. As mentioned before, that progress is stored at the EA account level and would not transfer over just by moving your Xbox account. This is also called out on our help article here if you'd like to go over some additional info, as well as in the lengthy warning displayed before you're able to complete the unlink process.

 

If you're trying to restore access to that content, you'll need to re-link your Xbox account to its original EA account. Support would not be able to move the content manually, as that cannot be transferred or merged between EA accounts.

 

What you may need to reach out to support for is getting your Xbox account re-linked to its original EA account, if you're unable to do so on your end.
