Sorry to hear you no longer have access to your old account!

 

You're right that this will need to be handled through our support team, as we aren't able to discuss your account details or make any changes here on the forums since these are public boards.

 

I'd definitely suggest checking through as many of these security steps as you're able, then you'll want to contact support directly.

 

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

Can you confirm that you're trying the exact steps below, rather than creating a case from another page?

 

These steps have no drop-down menu to select a platform, so if you follow them it should allow you to create a case.

 

If you're still seeing that, try signing out of your account or using an incognito mode window before going through the link below again.

 


If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
