[2023] Will cross progression unban my PC account or Ban my PlayStation?

Cross Progression itself will not remove an existing ban on accounts, nor will it cause an account to be automatically banned.

 

If your account was banned incorrectly or due to an account compromise, you'll want to get in touch with our Terms of Service team here to appeal that ban. 

 

If you've been playing on PlayStation you'll be able to continue playing after the Cross Progression migration, unless there are any new actions placed on the account at that point.

That link above would be the only method to appeal an action with our TOS team.

You're able to appeal multiple times, so if you've just had them review the situation once, you're welcome to submit another appeal and a new member of the TOS team will take another look.

If they've declined to remove an action multiple times however, that would be final and not something that can be changed through any other channels.

Content from accounts that have been permanently banned will not be migrated with Cross Progression.

If you haven't appealed the ban on your account, you can do so with the link in my first post. If the ban has already been reviewed and remains on the account, that won't be available with Cross Progression either.
