Thanks for trying to help your friend out!
If your friend's coins have not shown up within 24 hours there are a few things to try:
- Log out of Steam (don't just close it)
- Close Steam via Task Manager
- Restart Apex
After that point it may also help to launch the game through EA app rather than Steam to see if the coins appear there.
If they are still not showing up for your friend after that, they will need to contact support directly to get help adding these to the account. Support will need to verify these screenshots so please be sure your friend has that information available.
Do note they will need to create the case from their own account if needed, as that portion isn't one you would be able to do from your end.
