[2022] Random high ping/packet loss for entire game in rank mode only

@Daze623 Does this problem only seem to happen when you in ranked or does it happen in casual as well?

@Daze623 Can you run a UOTrace (requires windows device) then try to play a ranked mode, then run one more and attach both here?

@Daze623 To confirm when using the tool, did you enter in the server address, then hit the traceroute button (not the ping button) before running the poll?

@Daze623 Can you try changing your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is different DNs you would rather use)
