[2020] Banned for no reason.

Account bans are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban could be lifted. If you haven't already, please reach out to them so they can pull up your account and take a look. 

For more details on how you can create a case with them visit the EA Help website. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.
