[2021] Account does not take old advantage in consideration

I am not entirely sure what you mean by in-game privilege, but the Battle Passes do not give you items that assist with gameplay only cosmetics. 

 

If you are signing into an account that has no progress or items, it's possible we may be signed into the wrong account. I would recommend reviewing your information and trying additional emails to see if we can find the account. 

 

If you believe you are access the correct account and have cometic items missing I would recommend reaching out to an advisor for further investigation into the missing items.
