If you suspect your account may have been hacked, I would strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps. From there please contact support so they can make sure the account has been re-secured. 

 

In your own time afterwards, please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as SteamAmazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStationXboxNintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple IDGoogle Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
