Hey @derbygodd420,
Are you still running into this same error message when you're trying to play Apex Legends? The servers should be up and running from what I'm able to see.

Hi @belirisqc,
Apologies for the late reply on this. If you're still running into the same error when you try logging in, can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you back online?
I'd recommend running through the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website when you have a chance. Those can usually tackle the most common issues we see, but if you're still having trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that. Thank you!

Hey @BKPotato,
When you have a chance can you try updating the DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? In some cases using a different DNS can help with issues like this. You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP settings. For more information on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website.
I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that would be OK as well. Let me know if you're still having any trouble getting connected after that.
Thanks!

You can also change the DNS settings through your Control Panel as well, which might be easier:
1. Open up the Control Panel
2. Click on Network and Internet
3. Select Network and Sharing Center
4. Click Change Adapter Settings on the left side of the window
5. Right click on your network adapter and select Properties
6. Make sure you're on the Network tab in the Properties window
7. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) on the Networking tab and select Properties below
8. Click the option for Use the following DNS server addresses, and you can manually enter a primary and secondary DNS
9. Click OK at the bottom of the window
You should be able to manually change your DNS settings that way as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to try it out. Thanks again!
