Have you checked to see if there are any updates for your video drivers? It looks like there have been a few new drivers released since the last time you updated yours. For more information on how to check for updates visit the EA Help website.

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Apex Legends? If there's anything else running that could be causing these freezes that may help to get around it.

If it's working in a Clean Boot, it sounds like one of the startup processes you disabled may have been causing the issue. If you re-enable some of those services gradually when starting up your PC, that may help narrow down which of them is causing this to happen.
