@Noramillim I'm sorry about this situation and we get where you coming from, however, nobody here on AHQ and that includes myself, has the power to investigate or lift any banned account.

I have spoken with the ToS team and they have confirmed a backlog on their side, so if you have already submitted a dispute, you can expect an email from [email protected] about your case. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
