Hey @wnzk46,

Sorry to hear those coins haven't shown up for you yet. It's likely some purchases may have a slight delay due to some marketplace issues we're still working on.

If those still have not shown up for you after about 24 hours, please reach out to an advisor with this proof of purchase information and we'll be able to help make sure you get your coins.

Hey @Salty-Cheese420,

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for purchases to finish processing, but if you still don't have your Apex coins then you'll need to reach out to our live support team so they can take a look for you:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

You'll need to provide proof of purchase. This article explains exactly what they'll need, as well as showing a few examples:

Hey @daddyimmstuck @SmallwhitePeen,

I'm sorry to hear that you've both been having issues reaching out to live support. If you fill out your product and platform, try picking different problem categories, you should see an option to start a chat eventually. "Orders" -> "Orders not received" gives me the option to start a chat, can you try that on your end too?

Hey @MCHElite,

If you've contacted via email and it's going too slow for your liking, you can always try reaching out via a chat instead:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Once you've selected your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. I find that it's a lot easier to get help that way.

Also, just in case, here's our proof of purchase article that shows exactly what they'll need:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/

Just sharing so you can have it ready to make this go as smooth as possible. Standard smile

Hey @MCHElite,

They might use those to make sure that they have the right EA account. Back when I worked in live support I asked for one of them fairly frequently.

@ghrumpii

What problem are you having when you try to open a case?

Hey @Taijibahar,

Am I right in guessing that you play on Xbox, then? Sometimes it can take a little while before the payment finishes processing; has it been 24 hours since your purchase?

@Taijibahar,

If the coins are still not on your account, then I recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can make sure you get them:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Chats are typically faster, so if you can start one, do. Note that they'll need to see your proof of purchase, so try to keep that on hand. This article shows exactly what they'll need:

@Taijibahar,

If you follow the link I shared above, pick your product and platform, and then try selecting something like "Orders" -> "Check order status". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently.

@MCHElite,

There's no such thing as a stupid question. Standard smile If people were less afraid to ask things the world'd be a better place.

And no, don't worry, they won't. If you follow the steps in the proof of purchase article I showed, the most personal information you're showing are email addresses and usernames (Which they already have access to because an EA account requires both). While you wouldn't want to show the former somewhere public like a forum, they'll never ask for things like card numbers or passwords, which are definitely things you want to keep secret from everyone.

I hope that's at least a little reassuring. If you do have any other questions, let me know!

@MCHElite,

Our live support team can, which is why I recommend reaching out with proof of purchase so they can do that for you. It's unfortunately outside of the scope of what we can do here on the forums.

@fusionevergreen

Have you tried reaching out to our live support already?

Hey @Drng205,

Sorry to hear those coins have not shown up for you yet.

This will be something our support team needs to help address, so please grab these screenshots of your purchase information and then contact support directly so they can check into this with you.
